I paused this show on ep 11 of this season in April last year to start invincible and never came back to it, I finished the first compendium of the comics today and felt like I need twd in my veins still so I’m finally continuing this. I wish I just finished this season before stopping because 1 I

Travis Fimmel + Dune should = greatness but it just fell flat. I’m in agreement with general consensus that for HBOs standards this is a miss, slightly boring, overcomplicated lore that isn’t explained well enough for people who are new to the universe to understand and overall not engaging. Some r

I said a similar thing on how Hello, Elliot transformed my whole opinion on S4 but that applies to the whole show. Nearing the end I didn’t feel I had the same love I’ve had for other shows, I wasn’t deeply connected to the characters or my overall enjoyment watching didn’t feel as high but I defi

I can’t describe how much Hello, Elliot changed my opinion on this season. I thought Not Found was amazing, everything from Proxy to Hello, Elliot bar Gone was sensational, the Christmas theme, the subplots, the twists, the soundtrack EVERYTHING was exactly what you want from TV but I wasn’t convin

A very solid miniseries, looks great, production was amazing, sick action and some good characters. Very entertaining historic piece which draws obvious comparison to the revenant in its time frame and imagery.

One of my favourite things I’ve ever watched, it’s in my t7 for sure. Some of the coolest characters, sickest action, amazing storytelling, beautiful worlds I’ve seen created. The music in this show is heavenly sometimes and how deep it goes into forgiveness, redemption, hatred etc it’s such a capti

Lowkey fallen in love. Haven’t had the feeling of desperately wanting to watch more and more in a little while and I had it bad here. First anime and for sure won’t be the last, animation is amazing and the art style is beautiful. The story is so unbelievably well written in its narration on vengea

A truly amazing season of TV I’m hard pushed not to give this 5* just because of its pure creativity and how fully polished it feels, in its cinematography, in its editing in every little aspect it perfectly comes together and explores its themes in every way you’d want it to. Characters are great,

It’s an unpopular opinion to not love this season and I wish that I did but after trying to decipher why I think it’s just that this isn’t the type of TV I enjoy. It is most likely the most complex season of television oat and after listening to the 4 hour Twin Peaks explained video on YouTube and

When I think back to S1, the tone, the atmosphere, the overarching plot of Laura and Bob etc I could easily give 4.5* even tho I have the season at 4* in retrospect I liked S1 much more than I thought. And maybe that’s because I didn’t jive with the return and a large portion of S2 that it makes me

Every part of S2 Lynch touched is a continuation of S1s triumphs but the 7 episode stretch where he wasn’t directly involved in the creative process lost me completely. There was barely anything there that contributed to the storyline and without Lynch they had no idea where to write the show, the

Just really high quality TV, expected from HBO, excellent writing, amazing characters, beautiful set design, film level cinematography just encapsulating throughout. Oz, Vic, Sofia and even Francis were all acted to perfection and awards without a doubt inbound. Oz as a character is deserved of a

This is unlike anything else, it’s so strange in so many ways but I really enjoyed it. Everything about it is quirky but that quirkiness creates such an intoxicating atmosphere. Because it’s 1990 it just has completely different feel to anything else I’ve seen. There’s just so much intrigue create

It’s not as bad as people say definitely bottom 2 seasons of the show and you can tell the writing took a big hit, stupid decisions some boring plot lines and overall just not the way you want to end the show BUT the first half of the season was still enjoyable TV for me second half - kind of. Ever

S1-4 like everyone else says are so fucking magnificent, might be the most enjoyable TV to spam episodes through, the consistency is its most incredible achievement because there isn’t an episode in there that has an ounce of boredom. And if it weren’t for the continuation after S4 Dexter as a show

For me S3 and 5 were better than this season, I suppose S6 may have bring Dexter down too far for me to enjoy it as much knowing what it was and what it’s become but I still did really enjoy this season. Some really good episodes in here especially the finale, Hannah I personally thinks been a good
