Peacemaker. What a joke. James Gunn might just be the most consistent 3.5 ⭐ filmmaker working in the cbm genre right now. I dont think he'll ever make a movie that'll truly be one of the all time greats. It wont ever be quoted amongst say a Dark Knight. But what he will do is continue to make a bu

Back at it chief. Great season.

Slight downgrade but still loads of fun. Can really see that its written by the Succession gang now..

Rip roaring first season. A great start..

Hmm like most interesting science fiction the ideas explored are more interesting and well thought out than the actual plot. The actual plot, a wonky mess that wants to be a real life allegory while involving complicated robots that wants you to think its super smart while using the lamest storytell

The best portrayal I've seen of incels ever. Episode three is the single most, this is what it's about for incels episode. Like so many shows and movies make them this edgy psychotic serial killer types. But the real life incels, that you and I know are like this. Anyways good show. After a while

Man they come so close to solving the drug crisis in this, Major Colvin the absolute chad that you are. The finest thing about The Wire that makes it feel different is that you see these two organizations, the Drug Syndicate and the Law Enforcement, as two very organized and messy structures each w

Maybe a slight downgrade from the first season, it still remains wholesome and fun. The red colour grading is atrocious. And I think they reduced the stories to a bit more simplistic versions than the previous season, but I still liked watching these adorable goofballs. I love nice tv comedies.

Enjoyed this season. Not much to say. Rare pop comfort show. Long live and prosper. Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.

I've always thought how would a truly Bollywood show look like. A show that feels like an extension of the grammar and themes of traditional bollywood films. Motwane answers that question for me with Jubilee. From the time it is set to the world it is set in, everything appeals to me. I love that

A delightfully weird show that continues to stretch what comedy on tv can be through such a light and very YouTube way of presentation. Initially I thought, when I began watching, that this was like a youtube skit series that HBO had decided to commission. And in some ways it is. It is a very inte

A more meta and self aware season capes out this beautifully weird show. This season had more elements of the show itself and that added a delightful mix to the events. As a season other than that I thought this was like the other two, same strengths and same weaknesses.

I loooovee cozy comedies!! Comedy is hands down the best television genre! Trying is such a pleasant watch. The 25 mins show is the peak format. Ted Lasso, Fleabag, Bojack all amazing shows that follow this. Jason and Nikki are our cutie couple and I love them so much. I was surprised by how rea

A Kate Winslet Show through and through. A very well made show in the vein of scandinavian dramas that taps into just how tired Mare is. It asks us to love her despite how crap she behaves with everyone around her. It got to a point where I exclaimed loudly pondering if anyone had ever actually lo

An increase in stakes, scope and swing. I think the mid season reveal works just as well as the previous season. I still cant believe that all of this is going to wrap up in an extremely satisfying conclusion. The fact that all of this was planned out before hand reveals itself more closely this sea

Slow paced moody unraveling of a mystery, exactly how I like my European media. I'm surprised I dont have much to write about this since I enjoyed it quite a lot. I liked many aspects that the show introduced but I think I would like to see where it takes them before formulating my thoughts better

A nice show that never forgets why Superman is Superman. Not because he's a savior or jesus, but because he's a hero. Because he's Clark Kent who just wants to help people. There is no angle to it. He's just a decent person.

Dang bruv, after a long time we finally finish a show that has more than 3 seasons to it. This is a big win for me. And it is helped in no small part by the fact that Justified is one of the best shows I've ever seen. It certainly is one of the most entertaining one. Just on pure entertainment facto

See, this aint the best season and I think the idea of making Boyd Crowder extra evil was not particularly good. But as a send off of a show, this works pretty good. I loved Raylan, Crowder and even what they did with Ava even though I think there could have been more interesting things done with he

This is what happens when your country does not have a SNL. A pastiche of quite well written scenes that are actually hilarious but have no connecting tissue between them that makes it a well worn show. These are really good sketches with the aspirations of a great show. The best episode is the pr

Hey Mama.. I think the episodes this season were better with John taking bigger swings with where the flow eventually goes. I think its pretty neat how beautifully he captures the absurd nature of being in New York. I've never been there myself but it is things like these that make me feel that ma

Takes some to get used to the uh and uh.. and... uh.... but after that you can see what this is intended to be and then it clicks. Covering furniture and cooking risoto were fav episodes. I wanted something like Nathan for you in vibes so checked this out and I love its quaintness, and unassuming fr

Wooboy! Probably the best DS9 season till this point. This has a lot of great episodes, a lot of 4.5⭐ ones and two 5⭐episodes. I think this season by adding Worf into the mix, they really dedicated a lot of episodes to his duality as a Klingon citizen and Federation man. It was very interesting and

this is a season about what boyd crowder does when he is piled on with an enormous amount of shit. That man couldn't catch a break this season, and came damn near close to death. Its very fun to see that. He solves one problem then finds there's one more problem, decides he's gonna use one to solve
