Reviews for Yellowstone

This show was never good to begin with but god damn does it fucking suck now. This is the show that kicked off the Yellowstone universe and it’s actually the worst show out of them all lol If you want a good western watch the prequels 1883 and 1923. I actually can’t finish this current season. I

It still to this day baffles me how Sheridan screwed this series up as much as he did. A true clusterfuck of epic proportions and I’m not even kidding. The writing feels rushed, which is of course due to Sheridan writing 5 other shows on top of this one in addition to the ones he has still on the wa

7/10 If it wasn't for the drag-ass-shit of Taylor Sheridan hyping himself up, would've been nicer

For Season 5 Part 2: “No man can own land.” It feels like the right ending. And hearing Elsa’s voice from 1883 was strong. I just wish I knew how the writers originally intended the show to end. I wonder if this was always going to be the ending and it was just rushed. Or if it was something else al

Season 5 of Yellowstone kickstarts off with John in office as Governor and declaring essentially a Cold War against Market Equities. The character progression for John definitely improves however throughout the show its writers focused less on him on growth instead into others such as Jaime, Beth, R

Now we all can move on from what was a great show to mid show

Even tough it feels like I liked this season more than the majority, I think we can agree that this one of the most beautiful shot shows to date. Every shot of Montana's nature is so beautiful. I'm definitely hyped for the second part of this season

EP 1-8 = 4 stars EP 9-14 = 3,5 stars All together = 3 stars Big fuck you to Taylor Sheridan- that massive ego and his little shrimp dick ruined a great show and left a massive whole in my heart and everyone's who enjoyed the show for many years. Because of him, the biggest star and the main charact

Weakest season thus far but not bad by any means. Really glad it didn’t totally suck because I was questioning my faith in Taylor Sheridan after the awful 1883 prequel. I’m honestly never a fan of when tv shows make their main character run for office because that’s a sign that the show is running o

Solid 4/5 Top episodes: 1- Horses in Heaven 5x04 2- Three Fifty-Three 5x11 3- Life Is a Promise 5x14 Top characters: 1- Rip Wheeler 2- John Dutton 3- Kayce Dutton

Part 1 I think this season was slow and not up to the mark... Writing was sluggish and Jamie's character is so gullible it's frustrating!! All characters feel stuck and there's not much character development, Monica's character got likable though but with others could have done better... Hoping th

Not a bad season overall, just weak compared to the previous ones. Compared to the final seasons of other great TV dramas this one lacked quite a bit of energy and direction. I understand that there was a lot of stuff going behind the scenes though, so I guess they at least tried and that's someth

It’s easy to think about how much better this could’ve been if Kevin Costner stayed on, because the first half of this season was way stronger then the second. I get Taylor was kinda working with what he had, but there was absolutely no weight or drama going into what is supposed to be the final epi

This was so good in the beginning and the second half was the biggest let down ever.

Costner, it seems you meant everything to to this show

Somehow enjoyable, but very constant, nothing special in this season, hope the last season will finish well.

An improvement thus far when compared to the most okayest season 4. Sarah and Jamie need to be stopped.

THE REST OF THE SEASON WHEN???? Honestly not my favorite season by far. Really hoping the second half is good. I miss season 1 & 2 when it was nothing but violence bring that shit back!!!!

It’s kinda bittersweet how I’ve finished this incredible show even If It’s had It’s downs with a incredible finale season over two different streaming platforms (still mad about Netflix not having the other three seasons). Amazing how this wraps up all the stories that unfolded over the past 4 seaso

Up to the mid-season finale, pretty dull and slow.

This rating encompasses all 14 episodes, so it's a little higher than it would be if it was just the back half. Just a big mess and occasionally a big waste of time (6666 advertisements, Sheridan cameos), never had the urgency or catharsis that a final stretch run should have. In retrospect losing C
