as an avid Adventure Time fan, who grew up watching new episodes as they came out, wrote fanfic contiuations of the story after it ended, and still rewatches this show every year, it makes me so fucking happy that the show's legacy continues to live on and we still get actual content that furthers the lore of the series in the form of these fantastic spin-offs. Distant Lands was already so satisfying and then they come out with this. a show that expands upon the lore of so many sides of the universe but also gives focus to one of the best characters. every episode was its own fun adventure, they explored so many cool ideas with alternate dimensions and it was still a cohesive story with a great ending. this was such a fun experience to watch as it came out and I'm really hoping it gets a second season and we get more spin-offs down the line. Favorite Episodes: Cheers, Jerry, The Winter King, Casper And Nova, Prismo The Wishmaster, Simon Petrikov, The Star, Destiny.
