Yu Narukami is probably my favourite Persona protagonist now. The writers had no reason to make him choose the funniest dialogue options each time, yet I’m so glad they did. A brilliant adaptation of and companion piece to the game it’s based on, even elevating the story in a few aspects, especially with Yu. It’s an amazing time whether you’re a fan of the game or even if you haven’t played it, and I’m glad I got to fall in love with the story, characters and vibes of Persona 4 all over again. Now, I wonder if the anime adapting the Golden content is any good? Same with the Persona 5 anime, I wonder how that is?
