this show is always slightly frustrating to watch because the amount of threads to follow each episode is just…absolutely insane. somehow they manage to tie up every single loose end though, and the satisfaction of that is just chefs kiss. the way horror elements are consistently mixed in always makes it stand out for me as well. there have been a few moments over the seasons that are genuinely kind of scary, making it so different from any other crime/mystery type of show i’ve ever seen. that said, as much as i do really enjoy it, i’m glad to hear this season is the last. harry ambrose fr does not have much left in him before he straight up dies on the job. give that man a break.
