Kind of underwhelmed by this season if I’m honest. There are a handful of stand out episodes, particularly The Hunchback of Nowhere, but as a whole this series is far more repetitive than I remembered it being. With few exceptions, episodes can have entirely different plotlines but still follow the same bland, predictable structure. It’s cool to see the new antagonist designs every episode, and I can’t deny that they all have distinctive personalities and goals, but after a while the repetition gets tiresome nonetheless. Eustace’s hatred of Courage gets old pretty quick when binge-watching multiple episodes over a short period. Still love Courage and his love for Muriel though.
