(Now with fionna & cake) Better than distant lands but i put this rating lower cause DL had only 4 episodes and it was mad consistent, this one is peak, not a single episode below 4.5, but it doesn't feel like a 5 stars show and the ending is peak asf idk how they gonna do a 2nd season but i don't complain. Pacing, creativity and animation were impeccable the 10 episodes, this proves that when you make a piece of media with love and care something like this appears. I also loved how Fionna shines as her own character, she's a version of Finn from another reality but most of the time i didn't realise that and when i did was because the show pointed it out, peak character development. And don't get me started on fucking Simon Petrikov, i didn't know that making his character better was possible, but they added more depth and layers to him and his relationship with Betty that improved a lot the dynamic. He is such an amazing character but i think Finn is still the best AT character. Peak fucking show and i want to see s2 now.
