a dark, comedic & condensed first szn of this british crime cop drama the setting & vibe is very dour & gloomy, & the rural small-town vibes are reminiscent of a british ‘mare of easttown’, with the main characters being awfully similar… with a 6 episode format, the plot is fairly simple & nothing too strong - & can be dull & slow at times but has it’s moments fairly overrated for some reason on here & IMDB absolutely nothing too unique about this but does a good job at keeping you entertained.
