Sometimes I wish that the show was only set in the past but then Christina Ricci comes on screen and I remember why the future storyline is necessary

Fuck the producer who wanted to cancel this show because not every episode was “happy”. My favorite moments of the show is when it got serious and authentic.

Most of the characters aren't actually bad people but all have serious flaws and this show is so good at showing that. Also, I'm not sure why it got cancelled for these kinds of episodes when they're the best ones.
