I love it when a show surprises me in the best way. Good and fun, and worth the watch.

I have been parading for this show for a long time, I think, as adaptations go, it's one of the best ones. Is it always faithful to the original material? No. But it didn't lose anything because of it, the main story was still there, the fleshing out of every character was still there, everyone stil

This is disturbing, to say the least. I don't usually get affected by these themes, but there were moments where I had to stop watching. It was not an easy watch at all, even if it falls under the comedy umbrella. A good story, but a hard watch that requires some serious thought before pressing play

This is a classic "I can see why it was successful, but I can do better", and then proceed to fail. It's a soft reboot that Kevin Feige refuses to call a reboot because he doesn't want to lose the massive audience Netflix managed to gather, but heaven forbid he keeps something that wasn't birthed un

So, you're telling me this insanity came from the mind of the funny dude who has been making laugh films for decades now? I had no clue what this was, and honestly, that's the best way to watch it. I missed a show that would make me theorize and lose my mind week in week out, and this one delivers i

The greatest thing about this show is how it is not afraid to share the spotlight between its main character and his supposedly main enemy. Ozzy and Sofia share the screen equally, both written and developed within their separate characters, but also regarding each other and how they influence one a

I went in not knowing anything, I left without knowing what to feel, and that's a good thing. This show takes you on a rollercoaster that I don't think anybody could expect. It's a great journey, it's fun, dark, emotional, and quite insane, but oh so very worth it. Bring on season 2.

Me, ticking off all the Hahn Projects I haven't seen yet by starting with this one says a lot. It's not bad at all, I had some really good laughs, and the message is an important one, even though I feel this will hit differently for each person. That being said, that finale felt like half-cooked bre

Sometimes you dream about getting something for so long that when you get it, it rends you speechless. And sometimes the thing you wanted wasn’t exactly what you thought, but you only realise it when it hits you in the face. This show is exactly that. It is finished. The show is over, and I can’t h

“When a gift is given say thank you.” I had this on my list since it came out. I tried to watch it back then, but my mind wasn’t in the right place. I couldn’t find it in me to see it for what it was, so I left it. Then life took me on a journey, an uncomfortable, mildly depressive journey, and th

This is so fucking awesome. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of room for improvement, a lot of things that could’ve stayed in the oven for a bit longer, but my god, this is so good. Watching Lara on screen, the woman I’m loved since I was a kid, in all her multilayered glory truly makes my heart si

That was fun. It wasn’t exciting by any means, but the changes spiced it up enough for me to enjoy it.

I will not lie and say I was hyped up. I wasn’t. Dread filled my whole damn body when Feige announced this, purely because I do not trust Kevin Feige at all. I just don’t. He doesn’t understand the magical side of Marvel, and honestly, he doesn’t really get much of anything. He is a businessman who

Nicole Kidman has a thing for multimillion dollar beach houses where murder happens. Good thing she always looks fabulous in them. This is fun. Like proper, interesting, fun. I had a blast watching it, binged the whole thing, I have no regrets. Nobody plays white rich woman like Nicole Kidman, see

I don’t know what this season was but it sure as hell didn’t feel as fun as previous seasons. I was bored more often than not, so much so, I barely remember anything that happened.

It’s fun. I can’t say it’s awesome, but it’s far better than the movies, and a lot of fun to watch.

At first I thought it was a mix of acting plus writing, a few things weren’t good in both which left the show lacking. But the more I watched, the clearer it got, it’s all about the writing. Truth being told, the actors don’t really have the chops to pull off miracles, and they do try, bless them, b

Fun enough to please this gamer’s heart. Also, mysterious and interesting enough to keep this story lover interested. Not perfect, though. Found myself checking out a few times due to boredom, but still a good watch, especially for gamers.

Bit boring at times. No interest whatsoever in the flashbacks. The idea was pretty awesome but the execution could’ve used a bit more work. All in all, still a fun watch.

Friend: do you want to watch something gay? Me: always Friend: *sends YouTube link* Me: proceeds to binge the whole damn thing I don’t even know what I expected, but this wasn’t it. It’s pretty fun, and so damn gay. I need more seasons, it’s too good for my lesbian heart to only have one season.

Star Wars having the worst fandom ever will always be my villain origin story. This was awesome. This was great. This was so fucking cool, it’s embarrassing how so many idiots out there felt threatened by it so much. Something that feels so much like true Star Wars not getting more seasons says all

I have a thing for Taina Muller since Marina Meirelles’ days. So, when this came out, it went straight to my list, without even knowing what it was about. As a 90s Portuguese kid, I grew up surrounded by Brazilian media, and I love it. To me, Brazilian productions are one of a kind, and due to rece

That was mad! My friend kept insisting I watch this, so it’s been on my list since forever, but the truth is this is not my kind of show so I wasn’t really in a hurry to watch. Then, one day, unsure of what to watch, I finally pressed play. And oh boy, what a journey. Now I understand why everybody

Finally got around to watch this. Sofia Vergara, who says she doesn’t know what she’s doing and never had an acting class in her life, acts the hell out of every scene. Her first drama role being based on a real story puts an extra layer of pressure and responsibility that might’ve scared most peopl
