Maomao be like: "I'm not trapped here with you, you're trapped here with me". There was a lot more sexual tension in this episode than I anticipated. Jinshi's not holding himself back anymore. The last scene with Shisui was beautiful.

The fate of those 6 was pretty obvious but it made a nice concluscion. And Jinshi never knows how to behave around Maomao - sometimes it seems he's gonna take her by force, another times he's just pathetic.

The plot twist of Shisui being Loulan was so suddle yet makes so much sense. I did not even think that was a possibility. Also, a war coming up.😱 All I ask is that Shisui and Maomao r safe. Suirei and Kyo also.

Apothecary Diaries is an incredible anime that blows my mind every other week. Like how can you create a show that is so consistently good, pull off plot twists that are so subtle you couldn’t guess them even if you tried
