Not bad, some new interesting ideas to bring the Terminator franchise. Pretty light on action, but the action that was there was worth it. Check this one out if you are a fan.
Beware that this is based on a book that created the 'magical realism' genre. In other words, you'll see stuff that doesn't make sense and isn't explained, but that's totally normal. If you understand that, it will allow you to stop questioning everything and just enjoy the story.
The animation quality initially put me off, but I can see how they were going for continuity with the show from the 90's. I was surprised how deep and nuanced the writing was, and how far back they went into X-Men lore. Fans of the show or the comics should love this one. If you aren't familiar
Amazing that they put so much effort into authenticity. Fans of the games will be delighted, and even if you haven't played, the show is terrific entertainment. Outstanding.
I love this show. The realistic (and graphic) violence and authentic relationships really set it apart from other super hero shows. It looks like it will be shallow and forgettable, but it's anything but. I can't wait for Season 3.
Not bad. Echo isn't a character I'm very interested in, but the native american aspect was cool and I really liked how they handled the sign language part. A little light on action, but worth a watch.
Ok, when all the timelines formed into Yggdrasil, that was pretty cool. But overall too convoluted, too 'out there' to be worthwhile. Marvel, please return to more human stories and less cosmic insanity.
Went in with low expectations and thoroughly enjoyed this. Some of the light saber battles were up there with the duel of fates, and to finally see a live action General Thrawn! Awesome stuff.
