What a lame true identity for General Monster.
The resolution kind of sucks You can't solve conflict by waffling about dreams. Little cranked down on this one. The robot section was nice though.
I really like the presentation of the show itself, it does feel like a slightly more experienced take on the original Kamen Rider season's formula.
Unfortunately the Rider suit design is a big miss for me, I absolutely hate the brown arms, and I really dislike the reporter character so far.

Dead Lion is not doing it for me
I just don't like Oliver at all. Definitely my least favorite of the main cast.
I have too many qualms with the characters, some of the acting, some of the CG, the general pacing, and the writing to say I really enjoyed it. I don't know if I should blame a lot of these issues on the showrunners and their adaptation technique, or the original books.

Really not a fan of the fight choreography in this episode, or the weird amalgamation of various storylines from the original mashed into a mess.
Not really liking much here. The Zuko and Sokka scenes are compelling and feel a cut above the rest of the episode. Really not a fan of most of the bending CGI/choreo and the gloomy opening and the rushed finale of the episode.
