This concludes the first arc of the show, the General Monster arc, and its a shame because General Monster and how cartoonishly evil he is has been my favorite part of this lackluster show that just repeats the same shit done in previous seasons. I enjoyed some of the earlier episodes but the rest are just decent enough. I do like how the showa era of Kamen Rider really portrays him as a hero, rather than just characters with powers and a story revolving around them like in later seasons of KR. I love that. I like superheroes and especially when they're properly portrayed as heroes saving kids, saving people every episodes, even if it becomes a little redundant. I hope the next arc, Admiral Demon, is enjoyable and brings something fresh from the showa era.
