The shadows of the woodsmen at the convenience store reminded me this time of the victims at Hiroshima and Nagasaki etched into the ground. May not have been intentional, but worthy of some thought. This is still one of the most insane to air on TV episodes of one of the most insane to air on TV sea

Dougie Jones is here

James has truly always been cool. Anyone who doesn’t understand I just don’t know what to tell you

Twin Peaks (1990)

S02 E22 · Beyond Life and Death
This aired on fucking network television. With Everybody Loves Raymond.

Do I care that the plot makes very little sense? No Do I care that Jack Klugman shows such depth of human emotion in every closeup for a 30 minute TV show? Yes Glad they went there with the ending.

INVINCIBLE (2021)

S03 E07 · WHAT HAVE I DONE?
This episode is insane. I love that we’ve got like an apocalypse level event over here that just brings all the side plotlines to a stop, and this shit isn’t even over yet! Props to Steven Yeun for doing all those Invincible voices too.

Ray Wise as Leland Palmer is one of my favorite performances of all time. This episode belongs to him

Certified Giant moment

This really is the most insane one not really involving the black lodge I think.

S02 E01 · May the Giant Be with You
All the plotlines in this one go so hard and the fuckin BOB ending is so horrifying. Such Lynch.

Yeah. I watch reality TV.

Wonderful performance from Dennis Hopper. The most raw, new school, and perhaps just the overall best in the series. Rod Serling refuses to ever let us forget about the atrocities of the Nazis, likely because he couldn’t forget himself. What a testament to his skill that he makes a fresh story of it

Don’t think I’ve watched this in years, but still a classic

Rod Serling was so humane and genuinely wise. A master of simple storytelling.

Nah because some kids are actually raised like this outside the Twilight Zone too. This one is terrifying as hell but also a great direct metaphor for parents who let their kids run their lives, don’t put any boundaries in place, and always praise them even if they’ve done something wrong. This is h

Sometimes Zone hits in just the right way.

Truly the most iconic episode of the show. I’ve only seen clips of this episode in childhood and I still remember all of them.

It was a 4.5 until Hank told Snoop to stay out of his hood.

I was craving this all throughout vacation. One of the best written comedic situations of all time.
