The Strangers Across the Street

recounting the famous true story of the 1993 standoff behind the FBI and the Branch Davidians, a spiritual “cult-like” group led by the infamous David Koresh.

this entire 6-part miniseries is just a nightmare for the people in that communal compound place.

i’d say it’s slow for the most part but until the final episode, but the story is held together by the talented actors & crazy action. was nice seeing michael shannon, julia garner, and a lot of others.

the ending and final episode is one of the most tragic things i’ve ever seen & nearly reminds me of what happens in that foriegn war movie come and see. how that happened & how nobody really talks about it in history is CRAZY to me. 
that is horror movie level of endings.

very worth the watch, especially if you hate the police.
