so fucking good!! i love the space the second season gives to all the secondary characters, especially hiam abbass’s episode—she’s great in everything but so deeply funny in RAMY. truly one of the cringiest shows on tv and i cannot wait to see what chaos is coming in the third season
Ramy has to be one of those characters that makes the stupidest decisions in television history
Mahershala Ali is so good in this season and I’m sad at how his character arc ends
There are some great episodes this season like about Ramy’s dad and when Ramy’s mom becomes an American citizen. Some g
All the episodes are 💯 besides the finale but I kinda understand what they’re going for. Mahershala makes the series so much better and Hiam Abass and Amr Waked are the best. More May Calamawy in S3 por favor
I loved this season So much. watching ramy’s growth was so wonderful and seeing how he flourished as a muslim under the sheikh’s supervision was so refreshing, especially for a character like ramy.
the sheikh was my favourite character this season and I loved zainab too. the whole Islamic atmospher
In its first season, this series offered a unique perspective into a very unknown world to white people like myself. The second season continues to peak into that world, while also helping progress the main character and his examination.
Ramy Youseff plays the titular character of the same name an
Fav episode was episode 8 focusing on Frank.. wow.. just phenomenal and made me love Frank soooo much more and understand and actually care for him then my other favs were episode 6 and 9. Somehow the uncle and parents’ storylines and own complexities were more appealing to me
I enjoyed all of this season, until the very last episode. I understand the point is to show how Ramy questions his own morals, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. If he didn't do what he did, I would've adored this season, alas.
A huge improvement upon S1, it is so entertaining and enjoyable but also extremely important, remains extremely relatable, and it expands beyond the main character and focus on the other characters which is great. Cast is really good.
