Yeah, this series is right up my alley. What I really want from comic book adaptations os for them to embrace the crazy fun inherent to the medium and go all in on it. From Robotman chasing after a donkey, cussing it out to Rita extending her eyeball into said donkey to try and peer into the alterna

I genuinely adore this show’s treatment of its cast, like they’re all equally developed, no one is given precedence over one another and it really makes it seem more like a collaborative thing than a single effort?

This feels like a CW show that's excited to be on HBO so now it can say swear words, show some nudity, and extreme violence. But it's lacking the storytelling and acting to take it to the next level. Still not sure what people are loving about this.
