i loved this, honestly. apart from just being very solid and entertaining for a first season, it pulled me in enough to not only excite me for what’s coming next in gen v — but it also got me to watch the original source material (the boys). and i’m definitely glad i started watching before the finale, or else i’d be a little confused lol now having watched it, i understand that the comparison between the two is inevitable… but it’s also a little nonsensical to me, since both shows have such different outlooks and objectives when it comes to the narrative (despite taking place in the same world). i still think it was definitely good enough to stand on it’s own and make me care for/enjoy these characters… i need more !!! ALSO WHY DID THEY CUT OUT THE JORDANMARIE CONFESSION/KISS SCENE. WHO APPROVED THAT???
