This show is really heavy and shows a lot of heavy stuff that would be hard for people with mental illness. I have seen very few k dramas that talk about mental health with so much sensitivity and openess and this was one of them. It's a really good show and I really liked how it showed the point of view of someone from Healthcare having mental illness and all the things they have to face, the stigma, the self doubt, the shame. This gave an honest portrayal of how things are for people suffering from mental illness and how it's not magically fixed.
The acting, the writing and the characters were really strong. Park Boyoung you will always be my precious. Each character in this show makes a space in your heart. Daily dose of Sunshine is a well written show off that doesn't overstay its welcome and does what it set out to do. I just hope that anybody that watched it learnt from it and it gave comfort to people who are in a similar situation.
