Been thinking how to write this one for a while and I’m unsure what to say but i really love this show.Ill also say it’s been a year since i properly watched the show so these opinions might change over time. But man AOT It’s the thing that got me into anime and tv in general. The story telling, plots, animations and especially characters really hooked me. I’d say it was a real struggle for me to find my favourite character in this show but I’ll list my current top 5 now:

1 Armin
2 Reiner
3 Eren
4 Jean
5 Mikasa

It was tough to put this list together especially debating which Ackerman I want but these are the 5 I really love and found there stories especially intriguing. Armins really come so far from the first season my boy has had an arc I can really relate to about finding your confidence and learning to overcome. Armins sacrifice in season 3 gotta be one of my favourite scenes in the show it’s amazing and is engrained into my mind. It feels like a conclusion to his overall arc but in S4 Armin is completely deconstructed and guilt ridden over exploding the port and thinks he is that devil like Eren and Erwin which makes that final conversation between Eren and Armin more satisfying in the final chapters. I’ll give me overall show part ranking rn.

As yall can see by the list I think Aot just gets better and better as it goes along. Honestly even it’s weakest episodes I don’t think fall below a three star. The quality consistency in this show is nuts it stays so good for so long. It’s really down to each element of the show working perfectly with each other from the music to animation to the preformance and the plot all top tier all work well together.

Honestly I could go on but I think I really need to give this show a proper review when I inevitably re watch it. Yet to conclude it’s been a real fun ride goodbye attack on titan see you later.
