It’s very difficult to reach the height of The Boys , but Gen V is still a really good spin-off to the main show , it’s just a shame that the finale was pretty rushed so as to connect to the upcoming fourth season of The Boys , but overall , it’s still pretty solid for what it is , I am confident to say that I care about the characters in this as much as I care about the ones from the main show (except André , he’s boring) I really like the mixture of coming-of-age college drama with the complete diabolical nature of The Boys as I love how the showrunners are aware that there’s people under the age of 18 (totally not me) watching these shows , I liked this first season of Gen V a lot , but it’s unfortunate that you can see that it’s clearly made just to serve as a bridge towards the main show’s fourth season
