Loved how real this felt.
And how it showed that basically everyone has their own baggage to carry. That we should still try to be there for each other, even if it’s hard.
But that it’s also okay to admit you don’t know-how to help and maybe even have to set boundaries for how far you can help without it hurting you too much.
Sure I wouldn’t approve of all of the choices made by the characters here, but doesn’t this make it feel just more real? Messing up, making mistakes are all part of the journey. And recovery isn’t always a linear path.
We just always have to remind us what we’re doing this for and that there are people who love and appreciate us for who we are, not just for who we used to be.
