8.5 / 10.0 full review pending. lots to think about, but overall? pleasantly surprised how much i enjoyed this. lots of strong, poignant performances, ESPECIALLY from applegate and cardellini. love the narrative homages to some of the greats, breaking bad comes to mind. does drag a bit at times, but i appreciate the intricate and interwoven motives / storylines, something ever compelling about the lies that compound until they can do so no more. more compelling female-led shows, please and thanks!
