( * * * the day i have this logged for is not the day i started the show, just finished and i spent longer than you’d think watching because i took my sweet time getting through s3 for so many different reasons. but i will talk more about my watching routine at the bottom of this review i guess. now without further ado, here is my actual review # thats a bar * * * ) - - even through all the hardships this show is more comforting to me than anyone will ever know. i’ve had such a blast hyperfixating on it these past 5 months and can’t wait to revisit it sometime in the future. the charmed ones will always be my sisters fr and i’ll never forget about my main girl prue. no but seriously i’ve gone through a tremendous amount of breakdowns over this show on twitter i know my mutuals on there are sick of me (probably insta too). i’ve made charmed my entire personality since the end of may and a LOT has happened since then so i have no clue what im going to do with my life now but at least i can wear my charmed hoodie that i got when i was still on s3 (and yes it was always THAT serious to me) all the time. 🤞🏾 update: i have two pieces of charmed wardrobe now - - note: i started on the 21st of may although i wish i started late 2022/jan 2023 the latest since i told people that’s when i would, im not really sure what took me so long but i chose to slow down my s8 watching process even though i impatiently wanted to binge just so i could say i watched the show in 5 months to be exact… idk i like my charmed watchings to be poetic since i knew i would become obsessed which is also why i waited til the 21st of may to start instead of the 17th (still would’ve been poetic because that’s the anniversary date of prue’s [redacted] but i digress) because i knew it was the forever charmed anniversary! season one started: 5/21/24 finished: 6/4/23 season two started: 6/4/23 finished: 6/28/23 season three started: 6/29/23 finished: 8/31/23 season four started: 8/31/23 finished: 9/23/23 season five started: 9/28/23 finished: 10/7/23 season six started: 10/7/23 finished: 10/9/23 season seven started: 10/9/23 finished: 10/13/23 season eight started: 10/13/23 finished: 10/21/23 for the record s3 is not in any way bad! i just took forever because 1. i started my summer job early july and that drained all my energy and time 2. even when i did have the time i’d always say i’ll watch but then get tired or distracted and never went through with it 3. i didn’t want to sit through watching my second favorite sister get character assassinated or lose my main fave either. but that season is mostly REAL TELEVISION! as for s8 like i previously said considering how fast i sped through the few seasons that came before it i was going to do the same for it but forced myself to stop (and i was bored out of my MIND) just so i could end it off on the 21st of the month if not for that things would have been different! yap sesh: OVER
