Suffers in comparison to Batman (my pick for best animated series of all time), and lacks the detailed characterisation and brilliant storytelling of that show, but what it lacks there it makes up for in worldbuilding. Love how fleshed out the world of Metropolis feels, and how effortlessly it establishes the core pieces of Superman lore. Episode to episode stories are very hit or miss though.
