"i loved you completely. and you loved me the same. that's all. the rest is confetti." pleasantly surprised by this miniseries. i loved all of the characters so much and loved the horror aspects. the casting department ate down. the mystery w the inconsistent storyline kept me hooked throughout. i needed to know what was gonna happen next. i probably would’ve given it a 5/5 but i just felt let down by the ending and im not even sure why. i think the show just reached its peak so early with episodes 5 and 6 that by the end it wasn’t really as satisfying. episode 5 fr was so scary and also made me bawl my eyes out. episode 6 was so freaking cool with the long takes and i also bawled my eyes out all over again. the theme of grief and its accompanying sense of fear. fear of losing the people you love the most, and fear of not being able to protect them. it was overall a really beautiful and gut wrenching story 🥲
