Rewatched what I consider the best limited series out there, and personally one of my all time favorite shows. The Haunting of Hill House is what I think of when someone mentions a character study. This show is a family study. Each character is given time to truly shine and it all blends together in such a stellar way. The cast is incredible across the board. Always love that Flanagan uses the same actors so we were able to see many of them in his other shows and projects. The Crain family is so well written that when certain moments happen you really feel it. The grief that this family holds told through psychological and physical horror is fantastic. Genius even. Hill House is apart of me now, cuz this show will probably never leave my head:) Episodes 5 and 6 especially. The Fall of The House of Usher next week let’s goooo!!!
