Great animation (that goes without saying), cool character intros and awesome action. The reason I'm rating it 3 stars is because this was also me coming back to the series after ages and thinking about it and I came to the conclusion that none of the writing was really all that yet. So I'm going into S2 a little critical and trying to focus on actual good technical aspects rather than rating it high when it's cool. Plus, I really want to give it space to have real 5 star episodes like people hype Shibuya Incident up to have. Sorry for rambling and I know rating episodes isn't that deep but I do enjoy making it as accurate as possible and I can still enjoy things regardless of my rating (even if my ratings are usually subjective) 6/10 close to 6.5 tho
