the subplot of house and wilson spiking each other,, no other ep has hit the holmes/watson dynamic on the head this much and i loved it i know he felt like death but wilson on speed was funny as shit i love him, give him more comical nightmares for subplots please RSL totally shone in this also, solid chase characterisation again! more of this!!
