There has been quite a gap between the two seasons of this show but the plot, while complicated, is straightforward enough at its basis so it is fairly easy to dive back into the chaos. There are tremendously huge plot points that occur and many surprises that consist of twists and turns which could take a viewer back but they all have a distinct purpose and are not just cheap thrills. This shows so many characters morally circle the drain as both heroes and villains as they all fight for power. The crime underworld element of this series is truly fascinating as there is an intricate cast of various families both fighting each other and fighting themselves. Action movies need to take note from this show because nobody does fight scenes better than this series as they are filmed in an unparalleled fashion and choreographed to a great deal of perfection. There is an intensity to this filming that rivals most crime shows and movies as they hold on the characters by dealing with their choices and the results of them based on their life. No media property does violence as good as this show where it is both gory and stylized. You want to look away but it’s sometimes too beautiful and fascinating to take your eyes off the screen. There are many episodes of this show that end on a particularly stunning note that turns the story into a new direction and tells us so many more things about every character. Including the final moment of this season, which absolutely rules. This is is currently able to be streamed on AMC+
