✅80% Watched it with mom and she wants to know when the next season is coming so great success. Dialogue can be a bit cringey, wire stunt-work can be off-putting and it’s not always as subtle in the writing as Oda’s work, but it gave me the feels… It made me so happy, best part being the cast and their chemistry. The ones that encapsulated their characters the best to me were Garp, Sanji, Zoro, Mihawk, Shanks and Nami. I really liked how they all did their characters Justice but added their own spin to them. I also loved how it didn’t do everything the same but changed things up a little (I especially liked Syrup Village this time around). The production design and music were extremely cinematic Overall, bring on the emergency food, the princess and the crocodile… I can’t wait.
