Strong episode. That acupuncture sketch was a disturbing way to start the episode. What made it a bit frightening was how realistic the practical effects were. The nails she uses should never be used for acupuncture. Props to the actors, though. The highlight sketch here is the closing sketch. Two parents nonchalantly learn that their son has been raped and murdered. The tonal mismatch between the news delivered and the way the couple reacts to it makes it funny to me. (Yes, it’s also disturbing).
