I love when television does television things, it never gets old.

Elevated from S1 in every direction, made me love characters I was otherwise neutral on and somehow was more mesmerizing than the pure chaos of S1. I'm hoping that call from Kristy is nothing short of a miracle because for Marcus to lose his mom on his big day is a type of pain I don't even want a fictional character to endure.

I felt there was a lot of improvised dialogue this season, I haven't fact checked that, but a few moments like Luca x Marcus in Copenhagen felt less like a script; and that D3 scholarship blunder. This isn't a complaint about any means, a few shows go for the naturalism/mumblecore style but when The Bear nails it, it REALLY nails it.

Nothing to complain about really, fuck AMPTP for not paying the writers and actors that make art like this possible.
