“Because insaan ke pass self respect and patience ki kitni bhi limit ho, hope ki koi limit nahi hoti” No matter which field you were an aspirant for, in or after your 11-12th days, those days are always so memorable, no matter the outcome. It’s just something about you trying your best and being able to do that hard work, and then going through those ups and downs, competing against your friends in all those mocks, combined with the random life lessons from all those teachers, who try to guide you to do the right thing, the pressure-support duality combo from your parents, and the random nosiness from those uncles and aunties. And as much as I never understood the whole CA process and frankly never cared to, Half-CA doesn’t act too posh, explains all those steps in the process, does remind every aspirant of those days, is almost as good as Flames, Kota Factory and Aspirants, and more importantly, retains the core of that TVF charm. The characters are likeable and the story makes it all seem like a breadth of fresh air. Oh and, Delhi Metro and Momos >>> Mumbai Local and Vada Pav any day. Important Aspirant fuels.
