Watched on Amazon Prime from May 15 until May 21st 2022
Basically an exciting story and a mixture of modern western, family drama and time travel. Sounds promising. And is actually interesting enough to watch all 8 episodes. Unfortunately, it also drags on a bit and is very convoluted. Who Autumn (Imogen Poots) is becomes clear pretty much at the beginning. I think so. A small WTF moment is where Royal (Josh Brolin) comes from. But the end is unsatisfactory. Above all, questions remain unanswered about the disappearance of the mother Rebecca. Without a 2nd season that closes loose ends and rounds off the convoluted story, this series is unfortunately not really convincing. And why is this one Tillerson brother singing all the time? It's all a bit strange and not in a pleasant way. I only watched till the end because I wanted to know more about the black hole. But here, too, a lot remains unanswered. What a pity. It could have been really exciting and mystical. As it is, it's a bit overloaded and disappointing in the end. If another season comes, it's not priority.
