Best episode yet, not coincidentally with the most Bernthal yet. Lots of great scenes as the criminality starts ramping up ("What's that shit that movie assholes say? Uhhhh, fucking 'action!' Okay?"), liked how it shows the corruption seeping through and corroding the whole system, unable to even find 12 jurors willing to believe anything a Baltimore cop says.
The Freddie Gray riots are insightful into Jenkins' combative glee at suiting up against the protestors, but disappointingly inert - have to blame Green or the budget for that, not sure which. Otherwise a great, great episode.
