It's not funny enough to be a sitcom and lacks the depth of a drama, but it's able to skate by for half an hour by dazzling you with Don Cheadle's bravado and Kristen Bells Kirsten-Bell-ness.
As the 'Pod' swindle their way from crisis to crisis and Doug and Clyde bicker away suddenly you find five seasons have passed and you've been mildly entertained, if nothing else.
