Forgot to log the rest of the show but the other two seasons are also 8/10s. This show gets a truly unnecessary amount of flak online, perhaps due to some misconception that its popularity led to Owl House’s cancellation, when in reality, it was the fault of one dipshit executive who doesn’t even work at the company anymore. Well, I’m here to dispel those rumors, because this show is, in fact, great, with charming characters, off-the-wall plots, and a healthy dose of Southern-fried heart to top it off. Admittedly, Cricket does have his moments of annoyance, and I wish Gloria got more to do in the latter half of the third season, but this was still an immensely enjoyable watch, and I’m looking forward to more of it.
