Lead the way for HBO to flop this year. (Kidding! I hope not.) While Love & Death is backed up by some good performances of Elizabeth Olsen, Jesse Plemons, Lily Rabe, it cannot conceal the fact that it is enveloped by dull writing. The first three episodes are just messy and plain. The trio couldn't even make up for it. But of course I'm still here because you need to follow your mother's footsteps wherever she go (I'm talking about Rabe and Olsen) Overall Rating: 2.85
