9.7 the intro to this episode was amazing and the most creative intro i’ve ever seen and the fact that it ties to the whole episode makes it so much better i understand how this episode can easily fly over someone’s head when watching at face value you could argue it feels like filler but when you think critically it not only strengthens the character work but also the world building but this one actually made me shed a tear, this was some of the best character work i’ve ever seen it’s honestly extremely dark when you think deep into the moment where elliot cries he sees the dynamic between him and this kid and how he used to be innocent just like him, with all the hobbies he enjoyed then reflecting into what he became versus what he was, believing he was the reason hundreds died he’s the reason the world is falling apart all the guilt and depression he is in versus what he once was also the way i interpret the last scene is that the red room that elliot is in represents the anger / guilt he has because he thinks he is responsible for the infamous attack and the dark room that angela is in obviously represents her depression dare i say that this is a masterpiece
