WHY IS THIS EP RATED SO LOW

i like the concept of seeing a morally corrupt slayer like this, since obviously every slayer ever wouldn't be the best person. we could see from the beginning that faith had some moral issues but here they really go into it after she begans spiraling after accidently killing a human. even though my hate for xander grows by the second and i'd like to see him slapped once or twice for things he says, he definitely didn't deserve what happened to him in this episode
