Didn't strike me as much as Band of Brothers, but to be fair that was pretty much impossible, because BoB is just perfect. The Pacific, although not striking greatness for me at all levels like BoB, specially for not being able to make me sympathize with all of its characters as in the 2001 series, and icy sceneries always gets my attention more. Nevertheless, its still way above most, and that intro theme is something extraordinary to hear.
