Oh my god oh my god it’s the fallout of the Nate betrayal. First of all the whole team rallying around Ted and threatening to beat the shit out of “the rat” <333 I love them and also Jamie’s development is so good he went from absolutely hating Ted and thinking any nice gesture from Ted was just “mind games” to wanting to defend Ted and that’s just so sweet. Speaking of development his relationship with Roy is also so great because we get to see him go and tell Roy, with no prompting, that he confessed he had feelings for Keeley, and he apologizes and makes sure Roy knows that he respects him and his relationship with Keeley, and that just shows so much growth on his part. And then him and Roy hug after the match :)) their friendship means so much to me I want to see more of it next season. Let Jamie and Roy and Keeley be a fun chaotic trio please. 

We obviously gotta talk more about the Nate betrayal. The scene in the office where Nate yells at Ted breaks my heart </3 how he talks about how he felt abandoned by Ted and then mentions how Ted doesn’t even have the picture he gave him on his desk but he doesn’t know that the picture is on Ted’s nightstand right by the picture of his son </3 this is a comedy why am I CRYING MY EYES OUT RIGHT NOW. And then when Ted comes back to his office after the game and sees that Nate ripped up his believe sign… yeah that was a punch to the fucking gut. And THEN at the very end of the episode where we see that he’s started coaching for Rupert’s team?? Like fucking hell 

Also need to acknowledge Trent quitting his job at The Independent. Fellas, is it gay to quit your job after abandoning your journalistic integrity for a guy you’ve only spent one full day with? 

Lastly, Ted Lasso writers I am warning you, I’m under your bed and if you do ANYTHING to mess up Roy and Keeley next season I will unleash absolute hell.
