So much better than it had any right to be, perfectly balances the insane and funny comedy with the more down to earth character moments. I wouldn’t say it’s a masterpiece in writing or is doing anything that hasn’t been done before but it’s all executed so well I can’t help but love it. I love the shows interpretations of characters like Batman who seems to be in somewhat parody mode but still surprisingly awesome, Jim Gordon and Bane also are in parody mode and they’re absolutely hilarious. I also really love Joker, in fact I actually wish for a live action Joker like him, really funny but I can also see him as the mainline joker and obviously the main cast especially Harley and Ivy are awesome. Fantastic season, will probably do season 2 soon.
