Without a doubt one of the greatest shows in TV history. The leftovers is perfect in every way. A phenomenal show that deals with loss, grief, love, humanity, faith, acceptance, and probably the best representations of those themes from any piece of media I’ve seen/read. It’s surreal, emotional and contains some of the finest writing, performances, characters and episodes in television. The soundtrack and cinematography are both incredible. If you haven’t seen this show already, start it right fucking now.
