fucking amazing world-building. pedro pascal is joel and bella ramsey is ellie. anna torv steals the episode. sure it has horror elements like the clickers and the fungi, but the beginning scenes of the first two episodes are some of the scariest things you can ever see because of how much of real life they draw from.
