7.4/10 Pretty much on the same level as the last episode, but with less exciting moments. The story is moving along, at least, but no T-Bag this episode definitely brings the rating down. Lincoln, meanwhile, is just running around doing side quests. I have no idea what’s going on with Michael, and I don’t like it. He’s acting weird—way too quiet, barely showing any emotion, and now he’s hugging terrorists like they’re his long-lost family. He’s always been mysterious, sure, but usually, we’d start getting little clues about what he’s up to. We’re two episodes in, and instead of feeling intrigued, I just feel disconnected from him. The pacing feels way too fast. It’s reminding me of Wyatt in early Season 4, where someone was getting killed every five minutes. Sara’s already been hunted twice, Lincoln once, and now Lincoln and C-Note are literally getting gunned down in the streets by terrorists with a machine gun. It just feels excessive and over-the-top. I miss the old Prison Break—back when Kellerman and Hale would execute clean, methodical kills that actually felt tense and terrifying instead of this chaotic mess. Right now, I have no idea where this season is going, and I’m not loving it. The last two episodes haven’t been great, and I’m hoping things start to pick up in a more meaningful way soon.
