One major difference between the whole Gibbs/Ari and Jenny/La Grenouille thing: Gibbs was willing to pursue and kill Ari by himself because he didn’t want to risk anyone’s lives. Jenny though is literally using an entire agency for her dirty work. Particularly Tony. It’s like she doesn’t care if his heart or others are broken or not. Definitely not the same thing.
